1. 1.Fixed a bug in the search screen that could pull up the wrong record in certain rare situations.

3. 3.System now prevents changing the number of photo columns on the fly if there are not any records available for display.  This is primarily for the Favorites tab stepper control.   It can confuse the user if the number of columns changes when the "How to do a tag" HTML screen is on display.
